Corrugated paper easily breaks during the process of crimping
1) The gap between the upper and lower pressure rollers is too small
Adjust the gap between the upper and lower crimping rollers according to the corrugated shape of the cardboard and the thickness of the cardboard to maintain a reasonable pressure strength. For example, if the crimping strength is too small, it will not cause the crimping line to break. Cracking occurs, and this phenomenon occurs mostly in cardboard made from low-grade base paper.
(2) The combined position of the pressure roller is not aligned
In order to accurately install the crimping wheel, there is usually a 1mm centering slot in the processing of the crimping wheel. If the cooperation is not good, not only will the crimping crack and the combination of the box body have bad corners, but also the virtual gap of the shaking cover or The overlapping phenomenon causes defects in the cardboard box. Of course, the processing defects of the crimping wheels of various machines will also cause the crimping line to break.
(3) The problem of secondary rolling pressure
The edges and corners of the horizontal indentation line rolled by the upper and lower indentation wheels are always inferior to the indentation results of the indentation machine, but the productivity and economy of the two are difficult to compare. Therefore, in order to make the longitudinal indentation of the vertical indentation separation machine of the cardboard production line reach or approach the edge of the magnetic wire indentation, it is necessary to install the upper and lower indentation wheels on the two indentation shafts before and after the cardboard indentation machine respectively. The first rolling line is the pre-rolling indentation line, change the structure of the corrugated cardboard at the indentation, and then pass the second rolling indentation line, the first pre-pressure is slightly lower than the second rolling pressure, so that Achieve good corners.
