Miniature corrugated cardboard boxes are both safe and cost-effective, and micro-corrugated board printing effect is good, suitable for a variety of precision printing requirements, especially for offset printing. In foreign countries, the trend of micro-corrugated cardboard has risen. Companies in the United States, Sweden, Germany, Spain, and other countries have begun to expand the production scale of F楞 and G楞, and began to explore the deeper direction of micro-corrugated cardboard. At present, these countries have begun to apply smaller crucible materials such as N楞 (0.46mm in height) and O楞 (0.30mm in height). In the field of traditional fiber cardboard boxes, such as wine, small appliances, shoes, hardware tools, microelectronics, computer software, counter sales display, fast food, etc., micro corrugated carton boxes have begun to compete with the traditional thick corrugated cardboard market .
In China, micro-corrugated cardboard is a “vacuum” market that needs to be developed. Due to the small height of the micro-corrugation, the corresponding number of turns increases, and the initial force for feeding the corrugation is increased. It is difficult to use traditional corrugated board machines for manufacturing, and new corrugating rolls and new models must be developed. However, due to the inconsistency of the domestic corrugated paper standard, the uneven quality of paper products, the poor environmental conditions of manufacturers, and the fact that the research level of corrugated fiber and the technological level of machine processing have yet to be improved, domestic production of micro-corrugated cardboard is totally dependent on imports. This is particularly evident in the software and microelectronics industries. With China's accession to the WTO and the gradual opening of the world market, micro-corrugated cardboard will enter the domestic market in a new form.
