In the flexible manufacturing process, the teleoperation work unit and variable process operation unit created by Shenyang Automation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences adopted edge cloud collaboration and modular production concepts in the form of production organization, decoupling traditional production lines into modular production units. The remote operation work unit combines the force feedback handle guidance and the terminal force perception. The user operates the handle to control the robot's movements remotely. It can be applied to certain dangerous work scenes. Through cloud edge perception, it can achieve the same as the personnel on-site operation. Effect; The variable process operation unit adopts a new architecture of edge collaborative control formed by an independently developed edge controller and edge gateway, which integrates robot motion control technology, visual image processing technology, artificial intelligence technology and digital twin technology, within the operation unit. Complete model decoupling, and finally realize the internal reconfigurable flexibility characteristics.
